Engineering Expertise
The heart of Vidon Plastics is our engineering strength. Our team of engineers possess over 100 collective years of extrusion experience. The expertise and knowledge our team possesses enables us to create the exact extrusion that you, our customer, want.
Our engineers are tasked with taking time to understand the customer’s vision, and to fully understand their part’s implementation. They will work with you to design and develop your products from start to finish, and to take your product from a napkin sketch to a cost-competitive and high-quality finished product.
Custom Tooling
Vidon is able to create custom tooling for your products entirely in-house. Our engineers will design dies to mold your products to your exact dimensional needs, and our tool room can turn these designs in to reality using our in-house die shop.
Vidon’s Wire EDM machine plays an integral role in our ability to create and develop custom tooling for our customers. With our enhanced capabilities, we are able to create complex tooling with reduced lead times and cost to our customers.
When necessary for your products, we can design and create offline, secondary, or fabrication tooling necessary to create your products. We have created customer-owned drilling tables, punch presses, end cutters and notchers.

Vidon Plastics engineering team has experience running most extrudable thermoplastics, enabling us to use a material that will match the physical properties our customers desire.

Vidon Plastics delivers more than just an extrusion, we deliver a finished product to the exact specifications of our customer. When our customers need notches, tape tabs, drill holes, or punch-outs, we can and will incorporate those features into the product as necessary.
We incorporate both in-line machinery and secondary fabrication operations depending on our customer’s specific needs.
